Laxven Coatings is situated at Plot No 188/A West, on the 3rd floor of the building in Phase II of the IDA in Cherlapally. Having our workspace on the third floor is a little different than the typical ground-floor factories you see in this area, but we have organized the space to suit our needs. We handle coating work, which means we have to pay attention to the environment and the space we have available. Cherlapally is a massive industrial park, and it is quite easy for people to get turned around if they aren't looking for the specific plot numbers. We have been here for a long time and have watched the whole area grow. Our daily routine involves preparing the surfaces and then doing the actual coating. It is a very hands-on process. You won't find a fancy reception area or people in suits here. We are usually just busy with the current batch of work. Because of the materials we use, the air can have a strong smell, so we keep the area well-ventilated. We just focus on meeting the daily targets we set for ourselves. The team is small and everyone just gets on with their specific job. We don't have long meetings or big corporate plans. We just look at what needs to be coated and get it done.
