Kamakhya Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No 164/a in the Industrial Area Phase II of Cherlapally. Solar energy is what we deal with every single day. We spend a lot of our time on rooftops under the hot sun installing panels. It’s a bit of an irony, needing the sun to work but also getting baked by it while we are up there. We have stacks of panels and batteries in our warehouse. Cherlapally is a busy industrial hub, so there are always delivery trucks coming in and out of the gates. Our team is usually out on installations for most of the week. We have a small office where we do the wiring diagrams and plan out the next job on the list. It’s definitely not a corporate setup. We often have stains on our shirts and some dirt under our fingernails from the sites. Moving those heavy panels is a two-man job and you have to be very careful not to drop them. We've seen a lot of people switching to solar lately because the electricity bills are getting so high. We just show up, install the racks, and get all the wiring done properly. It’s honest work and we like seeing the meters run backwards once we finally finish a job. Sometimes we have to climb very high ladders which isn't much fun when it's windy. We just get through it.
