This is our other location for Artic Aircon Pvt. Ltd., situated at Plot No 120/5 in Phase II of Cherlapally. It’s very close to our other spot, but this is where we handle more of the storage and specific assembly work. The industrial area here is always humming. You can hear the sounds of welding and trucks reversing all day long. We’ve been in Cherlapally for a long time now, and we’ve seen the area grow from just a few units to a massive hub. Our building isn't anything to look at—just grey walls and a big metal door. Inside, it’s organized in a way that only we really understand. There are stacks of units and boxes of parts everywhere. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly just use notebooks and our memory. The staff here is small, just a few of us who don't mind getting our hands greasy. We don't have an air-conditioned office for ourselves, ironically enough, just a few fans that do their best. We focus on getting the units ready and out the door. It’s practical, no-nonsense work. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. People in the trade know where we are, and that's enough for us. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we move some crates out of the way. It’s just how we operate. We’re just local people doing a technical job every day.
