We are located over at Plno120/5 in Phase 2 of the Ida area in Cherlapally. It’s an industrial part of Hyderabad, so there’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of grease in the air. Artic Aircon has been here for a good bit now. Our building is just a standard industrial shed with some office space carved out in the front. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the Ida layout, but we’re used to giving directions over the phone. We work on air conditioning stuff, which is pretty much essential given how hot it gets in this city. Some days the shop floor is packed with units being repaired or prepped for delivery. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll likely see us in our work clothes, probably with a bit of dust on them. We have a small crew, mostly guys who have been doing this for years. We eat lunch together on the big table in the back. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. We deal with broken parts, gas leaks, and all the usual problems that come with cooling. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get through it. We aren't interested in being the biggest company, just the one that actually fixes things when they break. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Cherlapally.
