Annapurna Industries

We are based at Plotno211/c in Phase 2 of the IDA Cherlapally. Annapurna Industries has been in this spot for a good number of years. The area is always buzzing with activity from all the other factories. Our unit is basically a large shed where we keep our equipment and materials. We don't have any polished showrooms or air-conditioned offices. It’s a workplace meant for hard labor. We focus on making industrial products. Most of us live nearby and have been working here for a long time. We don't have a complicated management structure. If there is a problem, we just talk it over while we work. The work is repetitive but it keeps us busy. We load the trucks ourselves when they arrive at the gate. Sometimes the weather makes the work difficult, but we just deal with it. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make things. The machines need a lot of maintenance to keep them running smoothly. We spend our Saturdays doing that. It’s a straightforward life in the Cherlapally industrial zone. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job steadily and keep the shop running. There are no fancy meetings here, just the sound of the machines all day long.
