Nano Blow Plast

Our factory is Nano Blow Plast and we are located at Plot No 36/C in Phase V of the I D A in Chelrapally. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of noise. We have these big blow molding machines that run for most of the day. They make a lot of heat, so we keep the big fans on full blast all the time. We make plastic bottles and various containers. The floor is usually covered in those tiny plastic pellets before they get melted down in the machines. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we clean it up. We’ve had some of the machines for a long time and they need a lot of oil and maintenance. Chelrapally is quite far out from the city center, so getting supplies delivered can sometimes take a while. We have a small metal gate and a watchman who stays in a little hut near the entrance. Most of the workers have been with us since we first opened this unit. We don’t do any kind of advertising. The work comes in from regular clients who need bulk orders for their own businesses. Sometimes we have to work through the night to meet a tough deadline. It gets tiring, but that’s just the nature of manufacturing. The office is just a tiny cabin in the corner where the bills are kept. It smells like warm plastic, but you get used to it.
