D-65 - Jaycot Industries

We’ve been here at the Industrial Estate in Chandulal Baradari for quite a while now. The address is C-7 and C-8, right in the heart of Hyderabad's older industrial zone. Most days start pretty early because that is when the traffic around here isn't too bad yet. D-65 - Jaycot Industries is basically just a group of people trying to keep things running smooth. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the work gets done. It gets quite hot in the summers, especially with all the machines going, but we just deal with it. People usually find us easily enough because everyone knows the estate. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Just some sheds and a lot of activity. Sometimes the power acts up or a delivery is late, which is just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve got a small team and most of the guys have been with us for years. They know the routine better than I do. We don't really do big meetings. We just talk over tea in the morning and then get to the tasks at hand. It’s loud, it’s a bit dusty sometimes, and there is always something that needs fixing or adjusting. That’s life at Jaycot. We’re just glad to be working and keeping the lights on in this corner of Hyderabad.
