We have been operating out of Plot Nos 11 to 14 on Road Number 10 in the Nacharam I.D.A for a long time now. The press is a busy place where the machines seem to run almost all day long. Most people in the area recognize the Chandamama name because of the old stories, but these days we spend our time on all sorts of printing jobs. The workshop is usually filled with the smell of ink and the sound of paper moving through the rollers. It’s not a quiet environment, but it is where the work gets done. We have a team that has been here through many changes in how printing technology works. Sometimes the old equipment needs a bit of a kick to stay moving, but we know how to handle it. The road outside can get pretty clogged with trucks and delivery vans, especially in the afternoons when we are trying to get orders out the door. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning. Instead, we have desks piled with proofs and samples. It is a practical setup for people who actually do the work. We just take the orders as they come and try to get the colors right on the paper. There is no big secret to what we do here. We just show up to the industrial estate every morning and keep the presses moving until the sun goes down.
