Chabildas Manikdas & Bros

Chabildas Manikdas & Bros has been sitting here at 4-1-585 in Troop Bazar for quite a long time now. If you walk down the street, you’ll find us easily enough. It is a family thing, just like the name says on the front of the shop. We spend most of our days dealing with the stock and talking to people who come into the store. It gets pretty busy around here because of where we are located in the bazar. There are always people moving about and bikes squeezing past the entrance. Inside, things are usually a bit cramped because we have so much to keep track of. My brother and I, or sometimes just one of the staff, handle the daily stuff that comes up. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we get the work done. Some days the heat is a bit much, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. We mostly just focus on what the customers need and try to remember where we put everything on the shelves. It’s not a complicated setup. We’ve known the neighbors for years and they know us. Most people come to us because they’ve been coming here for a long time. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes. It's a lot of manual work and checking lists, but it's what we do.
