You can find us at No. 56 in the Aleap Industrial Estate. It’s near Pragati Nagar in Gajularamaram. The estate is always full of activity with trucks and workers moving about. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of the industrial area. Our work is in life sciences, so we spend most of our time in the lab or managing the production lines. The building is purely for work. We have our specialized equipment and a small space for the office tasks. It’s not a place for sitting around. Everyone is usually busy with something, whether it’s checking a batch or cleaning the gear. The commute out to Gajularamaram can be a bit of a trek for some of us, but we make it work. We have a good mix of people here, from technicians to the folks who handle the warehouse. We usually have our lunch together and talk about the news or what’s happening in the city. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just look at the schedule for the day and try to get everything finished. There is always a lot of documentation to deal with, which keeps the office staff busy. It’s just how things are run in this part of town. We keep it simple and focus on the daily chores.
