Catchourevents

Catchourevents is based out of a flat in Baghlingampalli, Hyderabad. Specifically, we’re at B-16, F10 in the APHB MIG-II complex. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for getting work done. We started this business because we noticed people often struggle with the logistics of their own parties and get-togethers. So, we step in to help out. We handle the stuff people don't have time for, like finding a decorator or making sure the sound system works. It’s just a small team of us, and we keep things pretty low-key. We don’t have a big fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, we’re out at different venues or sitting around a table here figuring out schedules. Hyderabad is a big city, and getting from one side to the other for meetings can take all day, so we try to be efficient. We’ve done all kinds of small events, and each one has its own set of problems to solve. We don't claim to be perfect, but we stay until the job is done. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure we have everyone’s phone number on speed dial. We like the local vibe of Baghlingampalli and being tucked away from the main city noise while we work. It's just simple planning done by real people who care about the small details for every gathering.
