We are over at Plot No. 17/B in Phase-I of the IDA in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. It is a big industrial area and can be quite confusing if you don't have a map. Our unit is one of the many grey buildings in this part of Telangana. We have been operating Capart Industries from this spot for quite some time now. The facility is mostly for production, so the office is just a small section at the front. It's got some old chairs and a big table where we spread out our plans. The air in Jeedimetla always smells like industry, and there is a constant sound of traffic from the main road. We have a small team of technicians and office staff who have been with us through thick and thin. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. There are no team-building exercises or motivational posters. We just show up, see what the schedule is for the day, and get to it. Sometimes the rains make the roads around the IDA a mess, but we still manage to get things out on time. We use simple tools and keep our records in big registers as well as on the computer. It's a practical, no-nonsense environment. We value the fact that we've stayed in the same spot and kept things running without any big dramas or changes. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and ensuring the machinery is running smoothly. We don't need much more than a good cup of tea to stay happy.
