Our factory is at Plot No. 17/B in Phase-I of the Ida in Jeedimetla. This is a heavy industrial area, so there is always the sound of machines and the smell of metal in the air. We have been here for a good number of years. The shop floor is where everything happens. We make industrial parts and there is a lot of cutting, grinding, and welding going on from early morning. It is a noisy place, and it gets quite warm when all the machines are running at once. We have a small office area tucked in the front where we keep the ledgers and handle the orders, but it is nothing fancy. Most of us prefer being out where the work is actually happening. Jeedimetla is a tough place to work in some ways because of the heat and the traffic, but it is where all the industry is. We have a group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't really have a website that we update or anything. Most of our customers just know our location and send their trucks over when they need a batch of parts. We try to keep the machines maintained, but they are old and sometimes they act up. We just fix them and keep going. It is honest, hard work. We don't have time for many meetings. We just look at the order sheet and start the machines.
