Canon Care Centre

You can find us at Diamond Towers on S D Road. We are right next to the Taj Tristar hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Our shop is at G10. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. We handle service and care for Canon products. People bring in their cameras or printers when they stop working right. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once. We have a counter where we take in the equipment and a small area in the back where the actual work happens. It’s often quiet inside because we’re focused on small parts and delicate lenses. We don't really do much in the way of fancy displays. It’s more of a functional space. Sometimes we have to wait for a part to arrive, and that can be frustrating for everyone, but we try to be honest about the time it takes. The staff here has seen every kind of malfunction you can imagine. We’ve had people bring in cameras they dropped in the water or printers that jammed years ago. S D Road is a convenient spot for most folks in the city to reach us. We open up in the morning and stay until the work for the day is mostly done. It’s a regular routine. We aren't big on slogans; we just try to fix what is broken.
