Brand Factory

Our place is House Number 3-5-247 in Hyderabad. We’re located in the 500029 area, right in the middle of things. It’s a solid old building that has been here for years. We go by Brand Factory at this location. It’s not a huge warehouse or a factory like the name might suggest to some people who don't know us. It’s just our base of operations where we handle the daily business. The street outside is usually full of scooters, rickshaws, and people going to the local shops. Hyderabad can get really hot in the summer, so we have the AC running most of the time, or at least the ceiling fans are spinning as fast as they can. We’ve got cardboard boxes stacked in the corners and clothes on various racks. It’s a bit cramped in here but we manage to get around. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. The neighbors all know who we are. We don't do anything fancy or promotional. We just process the inventory and make sure things are moving where they need to go. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about nothing in particular. Other days, it’s a total mad house with deliveries coming and going every hour. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team to tell our story. We just do the business as it comes in. It’s a family-run feel, even if we aren't all related. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day. It’s what keeps us going.
