Hy-Tech Power Systems

At Hy-Tech Power Systems, we are based out of a spot in Anand Nagar Colony, specifically at number 8/1. It is a residential kind of area, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. We are part of the neighborhood. Most mornings, you can see the neighbors walking their dogs or heading to the local shops while we are opening up the shutters. Our focus is on power systems, so the space is filled with things like UPS units, batteries, and different types of wiring. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives and we have to find a place for everything without blocking the doorway. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at customer locations because power problems don't usually happen in our office. When we are here, though, it is mostly about maintenance and keeping the inventory organized. The colony is a nice place to work because it stays fairly peaceful, though the narrow streets can be a bit of a challenge for the delivery vans. We have a small table where we sit to have our lunch and talk about what needs to be fixed that day. It isn't a high-pressure environment with fancy suits. Most of us wear jeans and shirts that we don't mind getting a bit of grease on. We just like solving problems and making sure people's lights stay on when they need them to.
