Blue Plast

Blue Plast is our small factory at Plot 160 in Subash Nagar, over in the Jeedimetla area of Hyderabad. We’ve been here for quite a few years now. The shop is mostly filled with plastic molding machines and bins of raw materials. It gets pretty warm inside because of the heat used to melt the plastic, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a big company with many employees. It’s just a few of us making sure the machines are running and the products are coming out right. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from local businesses in Hyderabad that need specific plastic items made. We have a desk in the corner where we keep our books and take phone calls. It’s a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but we know where everything is. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate talk. We just show up and make things out of plastic every day. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a big batch, but that’s okay. The neighborhood is full of small shops like ours, so we feel right at home in Jeedimetla. We just focus on the work and hope people like what we do enough to come back. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We’ve been part of this community for a long time.
