Bioserve Biotechnologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located in the R.R. District. Our specific spot is 3-1-135/A1 in the CNR Complex. We are right on the Mallapur Main Road, which is inside Genome Valley. This area is full of similar companies, so there are always scientists and technicians walking around. The CNR Complex is a bit of a landmark for people in this part of Mallapur. It’s a busy road outside with plenty of buses and autos passing by all day. Inside our office, it’s mostly just people looking at data or managing samples. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s more about having enough space for the computers and the kits we use. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets pretty stuffy in the afternoons. Sometimes we have trouble with the internet connection, but we manage. Most of the people working here have been with us for a good bit of time. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out in the hallway. Lunch usually happens at our desks or at the small canteen nearby. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the usual office politics you hear about in big cities. We have been here at 3-1-135/A1 for a few years and the routine hasn't changed much. We just focus on the biotechnology side of things and keep moving.
