Our place is over at 18/1 & 3 in Azamabad. It’s an older industrial part of the city, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The buildings here have some character because they aren't brand new. We work on biological products and vaccines. It’s a lot of technical work, but we don't really talk about it in a fancy way. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The mornings are usually the busiest when the staff arrives. You can see people coming in from different parts of town. Inside, it’s mostly labs and storage areas. We have to keep everything very clean and organized because of the stuff we make. Some of the people here have been working at this site for decades. They know every corner of the place. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the manufacturing process and keeping the batches moving. Sometimes we have to stay late if a particular process isn't finished. It’s just part of the routine. We have a small area where we take our breaks and have some tea. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't have big corporate meetings; we just talk about the work as it happens. It’s an honest living in a busy area, and we’re just another part of the Azamabad landscape, keeping things going year after year.
