Biochemical & Synthetic Products Ltd is based right here in Sanathnagar. We still use Post Bag No.2 as our main mailing address, which gives you an idea of how long we’ve been around. This place has a lot of history for us. The building itself is pretty old, and you can tell by the way the floors are worn down in the spots where people walk the most. We manufacture biochemicals and synthetic items, which is a process that involves a lot of patience and keeping a close eye on the temperature gauges. It’s not the kind of thing you can rush. Our team is mostly made up of people from the local area who have been with us for years. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big HR department. We just show up, put on our lab coats or work boots, and get to it. The factory can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at once, and there's always a bit of a strange chemical smell in the air, but you get used to it after the first week. We aren't doing any big advertising campaigns or trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the products we send out are what they’re supposed to be. It’s just a regular, hardworking shop where we value getting the job done over looking polished for visitors. It’s a simple life for us here in Sanathnagar.
