The shop is right in the middle of M.J. Market at S.No: 5-5-509, so it is always noisy and crowded outside our door. Being in such an old market means there is always something happening, from delivery carts bumping along to people shouting. Inside, it smells like a mix of a hundred different things because we are constantly opening bottles and mixing oils. We have shelves lined with glass vials and big jars that have been there for years. The counters are a bit scratched up from all the bottles being slid across them, and we usually have a few glass rods sitting in a cup of cleaning solution. It is a family-run kind of place, so you might see one of us eating lunch in the back while another person helps a customer find a specific scent. We don't use fancy labels or high-end packaging; we mostly just use simple bottles and write the names on them. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use old flashlights to find the right drawer, but we know where everything is by heart. People come to us when they want something that smells like old times or something fresh they can't find in the big mall stores. It is a small, cramped space but it has been our home for a long time. We just keep doing what we know, one bottle at a time.
