Our place is tucked away in Nampally, specifically at 11-6-226/1. If you know the area, you know it's always moving. We’ve been running Bilal Travels from this spot for a good bit of time. It’s mostly about getting people their tickets and making sure they know which platform or bus stand to go to. Nampally is the heart of things here in Hyderabad, so there is never a dull moment. We started out small, just helping neighbors and friends, and it grew into a regular business. We aren't trying to be some big international agency. We just handle the day-to-day travel needs of folks around here. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a minute, but that’s just how it goes. We keep a ledger for the regulars. It’s easier that way. You can find us easily enough if you're walking down the main road. The office is simple, just some folders, a couple of computers, and enough space for a few people to wait. We deal with a lot of train travelers too, since the station is so close. It's a lot of talking and checking times. We don't do anything fancy, just the basics of travel booking. Most days are long, but we like the people who stop by. We’ve lived in Hyderabad our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts and which times are worst for traffic. It’s just us doing our job.
