You can find us over at the Swarnajayanti Complex in Ameerpet, right on the ground floor of the North Block at G-16. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of people walking by all the time, especially since it's such a well-known spot in this part of town. We spend most of our day dealing with mobile phones and all the accessories that go with them. The shop stays fairly crowded, especially in the evenings when people are off work and looking for a new charger or a screen protector. We have a lot of different models sitting in the glass cases, and we spend a good chunk of our time showing people how the different features work. It's not just about selling things though; we also spend time answering questions about repairs and data transfers. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because it gets quite warm with all the lights and people inside. We’ve got a small crew here who knows their way around most devices. We don’t really have a fancy philosophy about it, we just come in, open the shutters, and start helping whoever walks through the door. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a new phone model comes out, but we just take it one customer at a time. It’s a straightforward business in a noisy, lively part of Ameerpet. We keep our heads down and just handle the phones.
