Big Bang Boxing

If you head over to Lane 9 in Sabza Colony, you will find us at Flat 301 in Building 111. This is where Big Bang Boxing is located, right in the heart of Shaikpet. It is not a massive stadium or a high-end health club. It is a real place where people come to sweat and learn how to box. The sound of gloves hitting the bags is pretty constant once we get going in the evenings. We have a few heavy bags hanging and some floor mats that have seen a lot of use over the months. It can get pretty warm and humid inside when everyone is training hard, but that is part of the experience. We are not here to give you a sales pitch or sell you fancy supplements. It is just about the sport and getting the movements right. Shaikpet is a good neighborhood and we have a mix of people coming in from all over. Some days are quieter than others, especially in the mid-afternoons when the sun is out. We spend time cleaning the gear and making sure the space is ready for the next group of people. It is a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but it is good for the legs. We have been at this spot for a while now and the locals know the noise we make. It is a straightforward gym for anyone who wants to work.
