We've been operating out of this first-floor spot in Secretarate Colony for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right at Plot No 861 in Puppalguda. T. Ravi Kumar is usually around or you can find us at Subbarao’s place. It's a busy area in Hyderabad, and we handle the business service side of things for Airtel. People come in when they need help with their corporate connections or just have questions about their accounts. It’s not a huge fancy office, just a practical space where we get the work done. Sometimes the traffic around Puppalguda makes it a bit of a trek to get here, but once you’re inside, we just talk through whatever tech or service issues you’re facing. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just manage the accounts and make sure things are running like they should for the local businesses. Being in this part of Hyderabad 75 means we see a lot of regulars. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s no big corporate lobby or anything, just some desks and people working on computers.
