We are based at Plot No 305 in Defence Colony, which is a part of Sainikpuri. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the middle of the city, which we actually prefer for the kind of work we do. We handle various technology needs, mostly fixing hardware or setting up small networks for people in the neighborhood. Our workspace is usually covered in tools, opened-up computers, and a tangle of different power cords. We try to keep it organized, but when you are in the middle of a repair, things just tend to spread out. We have been part of the Sainikpuri community for a while now. Most of the people who come in are regulars or neighbors who have a problem with their laptop or router. We do not have a fancy front office or a sales team. It is just a couple of us who know how to work with electronics. Sometimes we have to go out to someone’s house to fix a connection issue, so we might lock up the shop for a bit and leave a note on the door. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting weird glitches that don't always have an obvious fix. It takes a bit of patience and a lot of coffee. We just take each job as it comes and try to get the devices back to their owners as soon as they are fixed.
