We are located at Plotno15B in Paigah Colony. It’s a bit of a different setup here than those big industrial zones, it feels a little more like a regular neighborhood until you see all the equipment we have sitting around. At Illuminates Renewable Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our time dealing with solar setups and other energy things. The office is usually full of maps and technical drawings spread out on the tables. It gets a little messy when we have a big project going on, with cables and components taking up all the spare floor space. We have a small team here and most of us have been working together for a long time now. Usually, there is someone on the phone talking to a technician or a client, and someone else is probably out back checking the inventory in the store room. The weather affects us a lot because of what we do, so we are always checking the sky. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a functional space where we can keep our tools and parts. We try to keep things moving along, though sometimes the shipments get delayed and we have to shuffle our schedule around. It’s just the way things go in this line of work. We like being in Paigah Colony, it’s a decent place to be based and easy enough for people to find us once they know the turns.
