Benefiesta Event Management

Benefiesta Event Management is located right on Road No 1 in Banjara Hills. We’re on the 4th floor of the Abk Olbee Plaza, specifically in Flat No 402. It’s a busy building, especially being directly opposite Care Hospital. You know how the traffic is in this part of Hyderabad; it never really stops. We chose this spot because it’s central, even if finding parking can be a bit of a headache for our visitors some days. Inside our office, it’s mostly just desks covered in folders and a few samples of the materials we use for events. It’s definitely not a showroom or anything like that. We spend most of our time here coordinating with different people and trying to keep our schedules straight on the wall calendar. Sometimes we just sit by the window and watch the cars go by on the main road when things get a little quiet in the afternoon. It's a decent place to work from. We’ve been in this office for a while now and the neighbors in the plaza are mostly quiet business types. We don’t really do big advertisements; people usually find us because they work nearby or were at the hospital and saw our name on the building directory. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from the first phone call to the final cleanup at the venue. It’s just how we run things. Being in Banjara Hills means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to run out.
