K. L. Agencies operates out of Kundan Towers on Mayur Marg. We are in unit G-4 on the ground floor. It’s a pretty decent location, easy enough for people to find once they get to the building. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. Our space is mostly filled with desks and some storage for the items we handle. We act as a middleman for various products, helping move them from manufacturers to the shops that sell them. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here making sure the orders are correct. Sometimes we make mistakes on the paperwork and have to fix it, but that's part of the job. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We get a lot of sunlight through the front window in the afternoons. It gets a bit hot then. We usually have the radio on in the background. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and coordinating deliveries. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to us. We’re just trying to keep the business running smoothly day by day. It’s a lot of routine, but it keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and work. That is how things are here.
