I work out of Room 302 on the third floor of the Kalyan Arcade. It’s right there at the Miyapur 'X' Road in Hyderabad. Getting up those stairs every morning is just part of the daily grind. The building is called Sri Mani Sai’s Kalyan Arcade, but most people just know it as the big place near the crossing. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic and people always rushing around outside. Inside our room, it’s a bit quieter. We have our desks set up and we just get on with things. It’s not a fancy office by any means. We’ve got some files, a few chairs, and the usual stuff you need to run a business. Hyderabad gets pretty hot, so the fans are almost always going. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, and we just wait it out or talk for a while. We aren't corporate types. We’re just regular people doing our jobs. You see the same folks at the tea stall downstairs every single day. We like the location because it’s easy to explain to people, even if the 'X' road gets a bit chaotic with the buses and cars. We stay here until the evening when the light starts to fade. It’s a decent place to be. We’ve been in this room for a while and we don’t have plans to move anytime soon. It’s our space and it works for us.
