We are located at 5-9-62, in suite 112A of the Khan Lateefkhan Estate in Basheerbagh, Hyderabad. Being in an estate like this means we are surrounded by all sorts of other businesses. It can get pretty hectic in the mornings with everyone trying to get into the building and the elevators being slow. At Archies Promoters Inc., we have a relatively small office space. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of files. We’ve been here in Basheerbagh for years, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The traffic outside is almost always a nightmare, but once you’re inside the office, it’s a bit calmer. We spend our time on the phones or looking at plans and papers. It’s not a glamorous setup. We have a small coffee machine that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that; we just show up and get to work. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Hyderabad heat, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town. We just want to handle our business properly and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a practical way to spend the day. If you ever come by, the building security can be a bit strict, but once you find room 112A, it’s pretty relaxed.
