Kay Events Caterers

Our place is over at H.No. 27 Journalist Colony on Road No. 3 in Banjara Hills, right across from the Times of India building. It is a busy kitchen environment most of the time. We are usually tied up with chopping vegetables or checking the large pots on the stoves. Since we are in S.V. Hills, there is always some movement around the area. We don't really have a big storefront for people to sit in because we are focused on the cooking part for the events. It gets hot and loud when all the burners are going at once. We spend a lot of time talking about ingredients and making sure we have enough supplies for the next day. Sometimes we stay late into the night packing boxes or loading up the vans. The floor gets slippery and the smells of spices are always in the air. We have been doing this for a bit now and the routine is the same every week. It takes a lot of people to get the food ready for a big group. We just focus on the cooking and making sure things get delivered to the right address on time. It is hard work and our shoes are always worn out from standing so much. We aren't a fancy restaurant, just a catering team working out of this spot. The neighbors know when we are cooking something big.
