Bandaru Mother & Child Hospital

Our place, Bandaru Mother & Child Hospital, is situated right near the temple in Alwal. It is a local hospital that focuses on taking care of women and their children. We have been here for a long time, and many people in the area know us simply because of the temple landmark. The building is basic but it has what we need to help moms during their pregnancies and look after kids when they get sick. Inside, we try to keep things calm, though it can get pretty hectic when a new baby is arriving. We have a small team of nurses and staff who live nearby, so it feels like a community spot. You can often hear the sounds from the temple ceremonies while we are working, which is just part of being in this part of Alwal. We have rooms for patients to stay in and a small area where families wait for news. It is not a corporate-style hospital with marble floors or anything like that.
