Shiv Shakti Plywood Hardware

Shiv Shakti Plywood Hardware is located at No. 7-1-282/0/1/3. We are very close to the Balkampet Elamma Temple. You can usually hear the temple bells from the shop throughout the day. It is a busy area with people coming and going for prayers. We have big sheets of plywood leaning against the walls in the back. There are boxes of nails, screws, and all kinds of hinges on the shelves. The shop smells like cut wood and cold metal. It is a bit of a squeeze to walk through the aisles sometimes when we have a new delivery. We get a lot of carpenters coming in for their daily supplies. We help them lift the heavy boards out to their trucks or autos. It is hard work and our clothes usually have sawdust on them by noon. Being near the temple means there are always people around the shop front. We have been here for a good while and people know us. The shop floor is concrete and it has seen a lot of wear over the years. We have a small counter where we keep the ledger for our accounts. It is not a polished place but it is where we do our business. Sometimes we have to order things in if we do not have the right size of wood in stock. We stay busy with the local building work around the neighborhood. It is just a hardware shop. (252 words)
