You can find Visipak Pvt. Ltd. over in Balanagar at the A P I E industrial area. We are on the first floor of building C 60. This area is full of different factories and workshops, so there’s always the smell of oil or the sound of metal being cut somewhere nearby. Our floor is dedicated to packaging, which means we have piles of plastic, boxes, and various containers everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit because you’re likely to get some dust or tape stuck to you. We spend the morning sorting through orders and the afternoons making sure the machines are doing their job correctly. Sometimes the humidity in Balanagar makes the materials act up, so we have to adjust things on the fly. We don't have a big corporate team; we just have a few people who have been working together for years. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in the news or how the local cricket team is doing. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, especially when we are carrying heavy samples for a new project. It’s a practical workspace designed for getting things done rather than looking pretty. We know our regulars and they know where to find us when they need a batch of packaging finished in a hurry.
