Sunmax Elevator

Our workshop is tucked away in Balanagar at S. No. 6-3-134/5/6, specifically in the building marked B-15. Most people find us by looking for the lane right beside Meena Hotel. It is a pretty active industrial area, so there is always some noise from machinery or trucks moving things around. We deal with elevators here, so our space is often filled with various parts, cables, and tools. The lane can be a bit narrow if a big delivery truck is parked there, but that is just how things go in this part of town. We have been at this location for some time and the local shopkeepers know us pretty well. It is not a shiny showroom or anything like that. It is a practical space where we focus on the technical side of the business. The heat gets a bit much in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. Usually, someone is always here from morning till late evening. We get a lot of walk-ins from people in the nearby industrial estates asking for specific parts or just some advice on their units. Using the Meena Hotel landmark is really the best way to explain where we are to anyone visiting for the first time. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a straightforward setup without any unnecessary frills. We like being in Balanagar because most things we need are just a short drive away.
