Sunitha Polymers

Sunitha Polymers is situated at Plot No 28 P, specifically in Shed No 4. We are over in the CIE Gandhinagar area of Balanagar. It’s one of those places where everyone kind of knows each other because the sheds are so close together. Our shed isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need. Working with polymers means there’s always a certain smell in the air, but you get used to it after the first week. We spend most of our hours just keeping the machines running. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags around and watching the temperature gauges. We aren't fancy people. Most of us wear old clothes because they’re going to get dirty anyway. Balanagar is a busy part of town, so there's always something happening outside. Sometimes we have to move our stuff out of the way to let a neighbor’s truck pass by. It’s just how the layout is here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the production stays steady. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put in Shed No 4. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the equipment in good shape so it doesn't break down on us. That's the main goal really. We don't need any polished words to explain that.
