Sri Siva Sai Castings

Our foundry is located at Plot No 9 in the B C I E area of Balanagar. Working in castings means we deal with a lot of heat and sand every day. It is a tough environment, especially when the furnace is going full blast. The air is always warm and there is a fine dust that settles on everything. We make different types of cast parts for various industries around here. It is a process that has not changed much over the years. We prep the molds, melt the metal, and pour it in. Then we wait for things to cool down so we can break them out. It is not a clean job. Our clothes are usually stained with soot and grime by the end of the day. Balanagar is a busy place, and being in B C I E keeps us right in the middle of all the industrial action. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is just a small team of us who know how to handle the molten metal safely. We do not spend money on fancy brochures or marketing. People just know we are here at Plot 9 if they need casting work done. We focus on getting the pours right and making sure the final pieces do not have too many air bubbles. It is what we do every day, and we do not think much about it beyond the next pour.
