Sri Rajamatha Industries

Sri Rajamatha Industries is our workshop at 2/111B, Sobhana Colony. We are located right in the middle of Balanagar. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there are always trucks moving and machines humming nearby. We do small-scale manufacturing and fabrication work. Our space is filled with heavy metal machinery like lathes and drills. The air usually smells like cutting oil and burnt metal. It’s not a clean job, but we've been doing it for years. My brother and I manage the place with a few workers from the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. We just put on our work clothes and get to it every morning. The office is just a tiny room with a metal desk and a lot of paper files. We don't use much technology for the business side of things. Most people just come by the workshop to talk about what they need made. Sometimes we have to work weekends to finish a big batch of parts. Balanagar is a noisy place, so we don't mind the racket from the machines. We usually go to the local tea stall for our breaks and talk to the other shop owners. It’s a basic, practical business and we’ve been at this address for a long time.
