Scarlet Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 6 25, right opposite the old IDPL factory in Balanagar. It’s an area that has seen a lot of changes over the years, but it remains a solid place for a business to be. Our building is a bit of a mix of old and new sections. We have the manufacturing area on the ground floor and some office space upstairs where we keep the records and handle the paperwork. It’s usually pretty loud downstairs because of the equipment, so the office is where we go when we need to talk to a client or a supplier. We have a small team here, and everyone wears multiple hats. One day you might be checking the quality of a batch, and the next you might be helping to load a truck if someone is out sick. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone busy at a desk or moving through the hall. We focus on getting our products made right so we don't have to deal with returns or complaints later. Balanagar is a busy part of town, so getting in and out can be a headache with the traffic, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and keep the business running as best as we can. There is no magic to it, just showing up and doing the work.
