You can find us at A 9 in the CIE area of Balanagar. Samarth Impex has been operating out of this spot for a good while now. We mainly deal with importing and exporting various goods, which means our warehouse is often full of crates and boxes from all over. Balanagar is a busy part of town, and being in the CIE means there’s always a lot of movement around us. Our office is tucked away in the same building as the storage, so it’s never really quiet. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with shipping agents and customs paperwork. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure things arrive when they’re supposed to. We don’t have a fancy showroom because most of what we handle goes straight from the truck to the shelf and back out again. The team here is small, just a few people who know the ins and outs of the trade. We’ve had our share of delays and lost shipments over the years, but that’s just the nature of the business. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we deal with. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. If you’re driving through Balanagar and see the CIE sign, you’re pretty close to where we spend our days. We’re just regular people doing a regular job at A 9 and trying to do it well.
