S L G Fabricators

S L G Fabricators is based at Plot No A/6 in the C I E part of Balanagar. We have been doing metalwork and fabrication here for quite a while. Our shop is not much to look at from the outside, just a big metal shed with lots of sparks flying inside. We do a lot of welding, cutting, and bending. It is loud, and there is always the sound of hammers hitting steel. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is just us, some heavy machines, and a lot of raw iron and steel piles. Balanagar is a busy industrial hub, so there is always traffic and noise around our plot. We usually have the big doors wide open to let the air circulate while the guys are working. The floor is often covered in metal shavings, and we spend a good bit of time sweeping up at the end of the shift. We do not make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. If someone needs something built or fixed, they bring us the drawings and we get to it. It is honest labor. We have had the same sign out front for years, and it is a bit faded now, but everyone knows it is us. We just like working with our hands and seeing a finished product leave on a truck. That is what keeps us coming back every morning to start the machines up.
