Neelu Industries

We are set up at Plot Number 113 in the CIES area of Gandhinagar, Balanagar. It’s an older industrial estate. The roads can be a bit rough sometimes, especially when it rains. We’ve been here at this plot for a long time. It’s a simple building, nothing special to look at. Inside, it’s mostly just work space. We spend the whole day here from morning until the sun goes down. There’s always a lot of noise from the other units nearby. You get used to the sound of metal and engines. We don't really have a big staff, just a few people who know what they are doing. It’s a lot of manual work. We keep the doors open for some air. Sometimes it gets quite crowded with materials coming in and out. We don’t bother with much decoration. The walls are a bit stained from the work we do. It’s just a place to get things done. Most of our neighbors are doing similar stuff. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. It’s a tight-knit spot in Balanagar. We just keep to ourselves and finish the jobs we have on the list. That's the way it's always been since we moved in. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving.
