Mamtaa Polymers

At Mamtaa Polymers, we spend our days dealing with plastic and raw materials. We are located at Plot No 67 in the Ciee Ida part of Gandhinagar, Balanagar. It’s right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. There is always a truck idling outside or someone moving pallets around. Our shed is quite large, but we’ve managed to fill every corner with stock. We’ve been operating out of this same spot for quite a bit of time. The heat from the machines can be a lot in the summer months, so we have these big industrial fans that make a ton of noise. You get used to it after a week or two. We aren't big on paperwork. Most of the orders come in through phone calls or people just walking into the yard. We do our best to keep up with the schedule. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. We don't call in outside repairmen unless it's something really serious. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Most of the people working here live nearby in Balanagar, so we all walk or bike to work. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up. It’s just how things are at the plot and it keeps us busy enough.
