Madhusudan Plastic Works

Madhusudan Plastic Works is situated at Plot No 10 in the Sri Venkateshwara Coop Industrial Estate. Balanagar is a busy area, and we are right in the thick of it. We have been making plastic items here for a long time. The building itself is older, and you can tell by the way the gate squeaks. Inside, it’s all business. We have our injection molding setups and piles of finished goods waiting to be shipped out. There is always a smell of warm plastic in the air, which we don't even notice anymore. The workers here are mostly locals who have been with us through thick and thin. We take our tea breaks together in the small shade outside. It isn't a high-tech corporate office. We use paper notebooks to track most of our stock and the phone rings pretty often with questions about delivery times. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out and talk for a bit. That’s just part of being in this area. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. The estate can get crowded with vehicles, especially around noon. We just manage the space we have. It’s a practical life, and we are used to the routine of it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines.
