Our workshop is at 2-114/a on Road 5 in the Shobhanacly area of Balanagar. It’s tucked away in a spot that can be a little hard to find if you aren't looking for it. We’ve been operating from this small industrial plot for years, and the neighbors all know the sound of our machines starting up in the morning. We do a lot of metal work and fabrication, so there’s always a bit of grease and scrap lying around the floor. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear your Sunday best. We usually have the radio playing over the sound of the tools to keep things lively. Most of our crew lives nearby, so we’ve become a tight-knit group over time. We don't do any big advertising or have a fancy website. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from someone else in the area. We spend our days cutting, welding, and fixing things that people bring in. Sometimes we're working on big orders, and other times it’s just small repairs for locals. It’s a noisy, busy place but it feels like home to us. When the rains come, the roof sometimes leaks a little near the back door, but we just move the machines and keep going. It’s just an honest day’s work in a part of town that’s always moving. We don't overcomplicate things.
