J E Plast Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 110 in Balanagar, specifically within Svcie Phase II. It’s an older industrial area, and we have been part of it for some time. Our place is not hard to find if you know the landmarks nearby. Inside, it’s mostly production floor space filled with plastic molding equipment. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just have our operators and a couple of people in the back handling the paperwork. The machines have their own rhythm, and you get used to the steady clanking after an hour or so. We mostly deal with local clients who need specific plastic parts made. Sometimes the logistics of getting things delivered through the narrow roads here can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. We have a small area where we keep the finished stock before the transport arrives. Most of us eat together in the small break room during the afternoon. It’s a quiet life in some ways, even with all the machine noise. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a local factory making plastic goods and trying to stay busy throughout the month. The ledger books stay on the main desk, and we track everything the old-fashioned way mostly. It works for us and keeps the business going without too much stress.
