G. M. Fine Chemicals

G. M. Fine Chemicals is located at Plot No. 28/1 in the Technocrat Industrial Estate in Balanagar. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We deal with chemical products, so our space is set up with storage tanks and mixing areas. It’s a very hands-on environment. The people working here have been in the chemical industry for a long time, so they know the smells and the safety routines like the back of their hands. Our office is just a small corner of the building where we keep the records and take orders. It gets pretty hot in Balanagar during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work. We don't do much in terms of marketing or trying to look polished; we just focus on making sure the chemicals are handled properly and the orders go out on time. The Technocrat Industrial Estate is a busy place, and we’ve been a part of it for years. Sometimes the traffic getting into the estate is a mess, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s all about the daily production schedule. We keep things simple and honest here. If a batch isn’t right, we fix it. That is just how we operate our small business in this industrial part of town.
