Ecobliss Thermo Forms

Our place is located in IDA Gandhinagar, which is a busy industrial area. The address is a bit long—H No 24/769/1/C/Nr Plot No 234, in Panchasheela Colony. Ecobliss Thermo Forms is what we call ourselves. We work with plastic sheets, heating them up and molding them into different shapes for packaging. It’s a lot of heat and pressure. The machines are pretty big and they take up most of the floor space. During the summer, it gets incredibly hot in here because of the heaters we use for the plastic. We just drink a lot of water and keep moving. It’s not the kind of job where you sit down much. There are always stacks of finished forms waiting to be trimmed or packed into bags. We aren't a corporate office with people in suits. We are just regular workers in dusty clothes trying to meet the day’s production goals. The industrial area has its own vibe, with trucks constantly coming and going and the sound of other factories nearby. It’s a bit gritty, but it’s where we belong. We’ve been at Plot No 234 for a good stretch now, and we know most of the guys in the neighboring units. We don't do anything fancy, just stick to making the plastic forms as best we can with the equipment we have on the floor. It is simple, hard, and honest work.
