Balaji Industrial Agricultural Castings

Balaji Industrial Agricultural Castings is based out of No. 16 I. D. A. in Balanagar. This is an industrial development area, so it’s exactly what you’d expect. There is grease on the floors and the smell of hot metal in the air. We aren't a clean-cut office. We are a working foundry and workshop. The building at No. 16 has seen a lot of use over the years. We have some heavy machinery that makes a lot of noise. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. People who come to see us usually have a reason to be here. We don't get many random walk-ins. The crew here is small. We’ve worked together for a long time. There isn't much hierarchy. We just get the castings done as they are ordered. Balanagar is a tough place to work, especially when it’s hot outside. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things as they are. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just focus on the agricultural and industrial parts we make. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We stay busy and we stay local. That is just the way we like to do things around here.
